1. What areas do you serve?

We are based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and proudly serve all surrounding areas including North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Clark County. Additional travel fees may apply for extended distances.

 

2. What do I need to bring to my appointment?

A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all notarizations. This can include a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID.

 

3. What types of documents do you notarize?

We notarize a wide range of documents including:

4. How does mobile notary service work?

We come to you! Whether at your home, office, hospital, or correctional facility, we meet you at your location to complete the notarization. Simply schedule an appointment and we’ll handle the rest.


5. What is a Loan Signing Agent?

A Loan Signing Agent is a certified notary trained to handle and guide borrowers through real estate closing documents such as refinances, purchases, and HELOCs. We ensure all signatures and notarial acts are properly completed.


6. Do you offer after-hours or weekend appointments?

Yes! We offer flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays for your convenience. After-hours fees may apply.


7. How much do your services cost?

Fees vary depending on the service, location, and time. General notary fees start at $15 per signature, with additional charges for travel, after-hours, jail visits, or rush service. Contact us for a custom quote.

 

8. Do you notarize documents for inmates in jail?

Yes. We provide jail notary services to Clark County detention facilities. Advance scheduling and facility approval are required. Please contact us directly for coordination.

 


9. What if my ID is expired?

We require a valid, unexpired ID to proceed with notarization. If your ID is expired, you may need a credible witness or alternate verification depending on state guidelines.
